Georgia Tech | Director of Graphic Design Feb. 2022-Current
Head the creation of a wide range of visual products to promote Georgia Tech Athletics’ 16 sports programs and their athletes. Create materials for print, social media posts, on campus video boards, facilities projects, posters, schedule cards, billboards and web pages. Oversee the design staff including student interns and graphic design assistants. Work closely with all areas of the athletic department including: ticketing, academics, fundraising, marketing, facilities, and equipment. Design logos for special events, uniforms, and t-shirts.
Appalachian State | Director of Creative Services Aug. 2021-Feb. 2022
Created visual materials to promote Appalachian State Athletics and their athletes. Primary designer and photographer for all 16 of Appalachian State’s athletic programs. Created and managed a wide rage of graphics including: motion graphics, posters, updatable templates, roster cards, social media posts, signs, video boards, etc. Primary photographer for Appalachian State home and away events and promotional photoshoots.
Middle Tennessee | Communications Assistant. Mar. 2019-Aug. 2021
Primary media relations contact for Middle Tennessee baseball and softball, secondary contact for women’s basketball and tertiary contact for football. Designed content for assigned sports that included: social media posts, motion graphics, media guides, signs, video boards, roster cards, game programs and recruiting mail outs. Managed and coordinated the social media accounts for assigned sports. Created print materials for Middle Tennessee Athletics Hall of Fame such as a 3×24 foot banner and display with the year’s inductees. Served as the photographer for assigned sports for road trips, practices and special events.
Eastern Kentucky | Athletic Communications Intern Dec. 2017-Mar. 2019
Preferred student photographer for EKU home events and designated road games. Other duties included: update the @EKUSports Twitter accounts, up- date ekusports.com, assist staff with updating game programs and flip cards, assist staff with game day duties which includes: writing press releases for official use, take photos for the website, live tweet games, and call stats for the official scorer at volleyball matches.
